My husband is on the thicker side and typically enhancer rings are too tight for him. That was not the case with this ring. If anything, it was on the loose side and did not help to prolong anything for us. If you’re looking for a ring that with help delay orgasm, I’d recommend against this one. The sensations that the textures caused were interesting, but that alone does not merit the cost in my opinion. There are better options out there.
