This is really easy to use – you just figure out which plug is needed for the country you are visiting. We used this to keep our laptops, cellphones and headsets charged in Portugal – no fuss, no muss. It has a nice little black zipper case which helps me to find it in the bottom of the drawer of cables and connectors.

Too many buttons, trying to do too many things; does not stay with the adapter out. Not impressed, would not buy again or recommend.

My daughter took it to use in Europe. She says it works but prongs are not really sturdy. It tries to go back in when she plugs it to the wall. But once in the socket, it works well.

At first glance the product is actually quite nice. The carrying case it comes in is a nice touch and makes it feel like an expensive piece. The translucent casing is also pretty cool to look at and gives the adapter a cool factor. Works well enough and as advertised though it’s important to note that it’s only an adapter and not a converter so be careful with voltages. My other grip is that the switches and buttons feel a little clunky and sometimes they get stuck in a locked position or they don’t lock at all. A couple tries usually does the trick!

This is a handy, multi-function travel plug adapter for modern electronic devices. I ordered this for an upcoming trip to Scotland and so i have not actually used it yet, but will update if there are any surprises during my stay. Here are my notes on the features.
– The 3 sets of different male plugs are self contained, and slide out using discrete sliders on the side of the device making it possible to connect to 4 different international power systems (U.S./Japan, Australia, Europe (EU), and U.K.) Note: To use for the Australian power system, you must use the U.S./AUS slider, then twist the prongs to match the angle of the Australian socket.
– The sliders lock the prongs/plugs in place, but require one not holding the adapter by the sides, as one side acts as the unlock button to allow the sliders to retract. (Only one set of prongs is available to use at time.)
– The female plugs on the face of the adapter appear to accept several different types of plugs so it can act as an adapter between several different plug types.
– It comes with an attractive an convenient zippered case, a very basic manual, and two extra fuses (along with the one installed in the device.)
– USB ports. This device comes with three (3) USB-A ports, and one (1) USB-C ports. None of them appear to be high amperage chargers (>3 amps) so these USB ports will not likely charge high amperage devices like large tablets or laptops very quickly, if at all. It should, however, be good for normal cell phones, and other low amp devices, but check your devices power needs before assuming this will be sufficient. (Note: You can, of course, plug your high speed charger into this adapter and it should work fine.)
– This device does NOT contain a power converter (i.e. step down transformer,) so while the box says “converter” and indicates that it is compatible with hair dryers, irons, and razors, I would not expect those types of devices to work properly (or at all) if using a 110V device on a 220V network or vice versa. Basically, ONLY use this adapter with modern multi-voltage “smart” electronics. (If your device has a “brick” between the plug and the device, it’s probably fine.)
