I listened to this CD in Jukebox and decided I must have it yesterday. So calming, such beauty, how blessed this artist is to have such a talent.

I ordered this by mistake, but when I listened to it I was simply entranced. The emotional range is so gorgeous and yet so soothing. I take it with me whenever I go to acupuncture. Ahhhh. I know my chi will flow better just listening to it. I love listening to the koto anyway, and this way it, where it is a tunned a little more to suit the Western ear, it is divine.

the best. Neither fantasy nor escape,music like this is the straightest way home.

個人的に期待していたほどの内容ではなかった。しかしリラックスできる局ばかり。

え！これが琴の音色？と思うくらい従来の既成概念を壊してくれます。琴の演奏というと畳に赤いカーペットがひかれ和服を着た女性が、どうしようもなく明るくひき始めるというような風景を想像しますが、この作者はまったく違います。とくに６曲目の津軽ＷＡＶＥは最高です。幻想的な曲で、いま自分がどこにいるのかも迷わせてくれるようなすばらしい曲です。琴にもこんな音楽が表現できるんだと新発見です。
