I have high arches and a Morton’s neuroma on my right foot. These supports were nicely labeled left and right and I could stack them for the support needed based on the sandals I was wearing. Two hours of walking and no pain 🙂 It helps to line up the product while your foot is in the shoe before sticking it on. The double stack stayed in place even when I got my sandals wet! I really like that each pair has its own storage bag if I want to reuse them in another pair of shoes.
