This is my first time trying chicory in place of coffee. It took ma a while to get the measurement right, because if you make it too strong, it has a bitter flavor. I used the chicory in a french press- let it sit several minutes, then strain and added my half & half. It has a burnt caramel flavor, which I love, and it does not give me the acid reflux that coffee does.

This is such a great combination of flavors; a true party of flavor in your mouth that brings joy to drink it.

An ex put me on to this coffee and I really love it. I was already buying Community, but it was their Café Special blend which I use during the week. On the weekend I have the Pecan Praline because it only comes in 12 oz vs the Café and be bought in 32 oz. For me it’s something special to have on the weekends and Community Coffee is the best.

I have been drinking this flavor for over 20 years. I’m so glad you can buy it year-round now at one time it was only during Mardi Gras. The only thing I noticed is that when using the pod, use less water or it does water the flavor down. The pods are a money saver though. It’s just getting the right amount of water to your taste.

    Community Coffee is so good

I am a coffee snob. I’m not even sorry. I love COMMUNITY COFFEE King Cake coffee. I live in the lame *ss Midwest and it isn’t sold anywhere near me (I MISS YOU NOLA!). So I subscribe to a bimonthly shipment to get my fix. It is essential.

Have been using this native Louisiana coffee brand for years. I got this flavor for a change in afternoon and evening occasional coffee binges. This has quickly become a favorite for any time of day. Like the brand’s other offerings, this one lacks the bitterness of so many others (e.g. Starbucks).

I am not normally one who buys much less drinks fruity flavored coffees, but strawberries & chocolate seemed like one to try. It is so delicious, when made at the right strength! I really enjoyed the strong strawberry flavor with a lesser chocolate one. It is so flavorful, you really don’t need creamer, but if so, just a bit of cream. It will also make your whole kitchen smell like strawberries! I would definitely buy again and recommend for lovers of flavored coffee!

As I opened the bag of coffee, I was met with this alluring aroma that literally dropped me to my knees! Wisps of vanilla and cinnamon notes quickly filled my nose and I breathed in the enchanting aromas. I quickly made a cup of coffee, going against my grain of sensibility not to drink coffee in the afternoon. As it brewed, I quickly grabbed a can of real whipped cream, and I patiently waited for this nectar to finish. I added a few swirls of whipped cream to my coffee, and allowed myself to indulge. The first sip of this wondrous, magical concoction quickly dissipated the stressful day I had and soothed the beast within. Truth be told, I’ve come under the spell of Mardi Gras. Did I buy more? Why yes, yes I did. How much you ask? The bulk of 6 bags. Why so much? Well, if the world comes to a screeching halt, at least I’ll have my coffee!
