I made the mistake of trying to shoot this like the package recommended. Don’t make the same mistake. It’s thick and slimey and gross. But I added the rest of the pouch to my morning mango papaya juice and it was fantastic! I added some ice and it was great. As for the benefits of glucosamine and curcumin? Fantastic! I had hip surgery a few years ago and nothing’s been the same since, so any assistance I get with my joints is good. Honestly, I loved the flavor once it was mellowed out.

This is an interesting supplement in that it is for joint health and mobility yet is in a gel pack to use either alone or in a smoothie. I tried it on it’s own and it’s not bad but there is a sort of flavor that comes out that almost puts me in mind of fish oil, though there is no fish oil in it that I can see. It’s not unbearable by any means but it is there. I think in a smoothie it would be great and the orange flavor with some almond milk and perhaps a vanilla protein powder would probably make it taste like a Dreamsicle. My biggest complaint about it is the price. That is really out of most people’s reach, $20 for a weeks worth of supplement. I plan to take this every day for the full week and if I notice a big difference in my joints I will come back and edit this to let everyone know!

First off, for a seven day supply I consider this to be incredibly expensive
Second, my first attempt to taking it was straight out of the packet. what a mistake! Between the thick texture and the overwhelming orange plus something else flavor I could barely swallow. Since then I’ve been mixing it with a lot of water and that’s better, but it does take a lot of mixing to combine the gel with the water.
I’ve not really noticed any improvements or difference in how my joints feel and I’m not sure all seven day supply would be enough to provide a noticeable benefit
I’ve not had any unexpected or unpleasant side effects.

Good ingredient mix. At least as far as I understand the ingredients that help with joint health. I’ve just tried it, so no long term impressions yet.
It’s a gel/goo pack. Tastes like orange plus something else. Not sure what the other flavor is. It’s not bad whatever it is.

This is a package of 7 gel packs. In each pack is a combination of curcumin, glucosamine, chondroitin, omega 3, hyaluronic acid, bioperine, and collagen precursors. All of these are marvelous for joints and connective skin tissue and providing joint lubrication for mobility. These are ideal for men, women and seniors. I love that it is a gel substance as I believe this absorbs MUCH better than a pill . I would much rather take this than all those pills I just named above. The gel is very pleasant tasting to me. Well pleased with these! Yes you may think but this is only a weeks supply for almost $20 but if you add up all those pills above if you take them daily you may find this cheaper.

I, for one, do not like swallowing large pills. I avoid most supplements and medicine due to that. This is my first time seeing microgel/gel format. We could either squeeze it out directly from the packet onto our tongue or mix it into a drink or smoothie. I love the concept of this product, but I cannot tell you if it is effective yet. I haven’t been in major pain to test it. When I am in minor pain I usually just ignore it and don’t take any medication. It’s currently $20 for 7 gel packets. That is expensive! Might be worth it for some people. I will certainly update my review in the future.

I got these for my husband and he says they work well with his knee joint pai . Easy to swallow, have an orange sweet flavor which he likes. They are a little costly for the week supply.

I am overall pleased with this supplement so far. The packets are easily opened by hand (and older hands that find it getting harder to tear open things anymore). The product tastes VERY sweet. The orange flavor reminds me of an orange creamsicle or orange water ice – a very strong orange flavor. There is a slight metallic/chemical taste in my mouth after finishing swallowing the last of the product that lasts for a few seconds. The consistency is more like you would find in a thin squeeze bottle type mustard than a gel. I mixed the product with water. It does take a good bit of stirring to try and evenly mix the supplement with the water. I don’t care for smoothies, but I would think this product would do very well to mix with other ingredients in a blender. The long term benefits of the product remain to be seen, but in the immediate the pain in my knees feels better.
