This is definitely something that you will just have to try to know if it’s for you or not. My experience is that it has a slight cooling effect that lasts for a few minutes if using a couple of pumps. 5 or 6 pumps means an intense cooling that lasts 10-15 minutes. It does increase blood flow, but it was definitely kind of “meh” for me. I will not buy again, but your results may vary.
