First Question is how do you contact the seller/manufacturer? I see posts of people contacting them but no information on how to. The service contact number doesn’t work nor does the link that takes you to a King Bird site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I have had the cover for only two months and the top seems to be disintegrating and there is also a tear in the front left corner. I’m starting off with giving it 1-star due to the fact that I can’t seem to get a hold of the seller to see about a replacement/refund. I purchased the cover looking for something that was durable and would fit my R-Pod correctly which this cover did.
On the positive, I do like how the cover fit. It was easy to install and while it lasted, was protecting the camper quite well. I thought the quality in the stitching was good and that there were plenty of straps to secure it.
I will update my ratings upon the seller contacting me and seeing how the customer service goes. Again, if anyone has the proper contact information, please post.
UPDATE: I contacted Amazon support in order to see if they had any way of contacting the seller. All they could do was to provide the phone number that doesn’t work which is attached to the seller’s customer service page. THEN, Amazon offered a refund of $201.94 which is well short of the $252.70 that I paid for it. Essentially I paid the seller $50.76 to use their product for a measly 2 months. Obviously when the seller offers a 24-month warranty, they have no intent of honoring it since there is no way to contact them.
Hopefully the seller will see this review and make an attempt to contact me.
UPDATE#2: The seller reached out to me and was very responsive via email. They agreed to give me a full refund (not partial as they initially offered just like Amazon) or ship me a new cover. I chose to receive the full refund instead. I have chosen to give them 3-stars as they did end up being responsive and are working to address the issue with the quality of the roof. If you need to get ahold of the seller, I used the following email: maxlead@great-support.com

Updated comments on July 21st 2023:
Since my last post, King Bird Service Team (Ivy) reached out to me to offer a replacement. I told Ivy that I would like my money back since a replacement may tear/disintegrate again. After sending in pictures of the damaged cover, yesterday my account was credited with the refund. I changed my rating from 1-star to 4-star due to King Bird (Ivy) honored their warranty.
Comments from July 3rd 2023:
This cover arrived on May 3rd 2023. On July 2nd 2023, as I removed the cover to get my travel trailer out of storage, I found that the top portion of the cover was torn and simply disintegrated (see picture). I am now going to try to contact King Bird for a refund. I am assuming that a replacement will disintegrate again. I will provide updates as needed.

We bought this cover back in November 2021. It fit our camper really well with lots of straps to secure it. This year we started to notice that there were a few places that started to rip for no reason. (I made sure to cover any sharp edges with pool noodles to keep the cover in good shape) this last time we went to take it off, I started to notice that the cover was deteriorating and had material floating in the air. I was bummed to say the least. I contacted the seller noticing that it had a 24 month warranty. They responded quickly. I spoke to Doria, who was very kind and understanding. I have a new cover on the way replaced by the warranty. I do hope that the quality gets better because it really is a nice cover. Thanks for great customer care.

This review is not part of any promotion. I purchased the King Bird after researching a number of different covers, including covers from brand name manufacturers, and reading reviews and looking at photos accompanying the reviews.
I gave the King Bird a 5 Star rating based on:
• Material used and no flaws found
• Number of points to secure the cover on the front, back, and underneath
• Width of webbing straps used for securing the cover
• Number of vents overall, three per side, and one on the front and one on the back
• Stiffer material used in the vents to keep them “open” which allow better ventilation
• Zipper panels on both sides of the cover
Some factors which influenced my purchasing this cover were the statement of extra-thick five layers anti-UA top panel covering the roof and three ply non-woven side panels. Along with the claim of breathable, water-proof, rip-stop material. We live in southern Oregon which still gets a good amount of rain during the winter. The trailer is parked on the west side of the house and during spring, summer, and fall has sun and reflected sun and heat from the house from morning until mid-afternoon. Our last cover, which lasted three years, was a lighter weight material and ripped in six to eight places on the roof the last time it was used. The body length of our trailer measures 24’ 8” so we ordered the one fitting 24 to 27 ft.
On both the front and the back there are three straps for securing the cover. There are five straps with points to secure the cover underneath the trailer. The placement of the straps are such that the tires of our dual axle trailer do not interfere.
The two reinforced straps provided, which are to be installed up and over the top of the trailer than underneath and buckled, I decided to install around the length of the trailer as one reviewer indicated they did. See fourth picture. There is still approximately three or four feet of extra strap left over after adjusting. My thought is this will help to hold down the entire length of each side of the cover during strong winds.
The size of the straps used to secure the trailer at the various points are substantial in size compared to the last cover we had which is a bonus.
I am not able to speak about durability of the material given this is a recent purchase. But the material appears to be a quality material and heavier that the material of our prior cover.
Installing the cover the first time my wife and I rolled it out and got it orientated then placed it into a large trash can used to hold my last cover when the trailer was in use. The front of the cover was on top and I carried it up the trailer ladder, which is in back, and began pulling the rest of the cover out of the can and up on to the trailer. Since it was the first time I am guessing it took more time to put in place as I learn what to use as “markers” to indicate I have the right amount of cover on the front and each side. I did not have a problem with identifying the front of the cover as one or two reviewers indicated since there was a tag on the inside which indicated “Front”. In addition, there is the large King Bird lettering on the front of the cover which provides an additional indicator.
The one minor drawback is the panels which zip up. The cover is cut to fit the two standard widths, with ours being 8’ wide. This drapes more fabric on the sides and the panels zip and roll up to approximately nine inches below the top of the door. The velcro straps do not hold the roll above the top of the door given the length of Velcro sewn in above the door is not long enough. So we have to lift the roll above the top of the door before using the door. We do not have to do this often so it is a minor inconvenience.
Hope others find the review helpful.
